A great deal of my time is spent
designing, building and managing an "Avaya VoIP" network.
When you spend a lot of time managing a Voice over IP network infrastructure,
you are bound to take a few notes!
This page is dedicated to the countless hours (a labor of love) managing my
Avaya voice network.
At this time (during the time I am writing this) I am the Senior Engineer for a
huge "IP Connect" Avaya phone system.
The primary components include a multi-site Avaya S8700, S8300, G600, G650, G700
IP connected phone system serving thousands of users.
We have all the bells and whistles, Audix, IVR, CAS, even a completely wireless
802.11 call center!
The enterprise Avaya system is still growing and currently handles millions of
calls each year.
